A SaaS company in a technical industry was experiencing hyper-growth, and they were feeling the pains of growth.  And like most international firms, their focus was on increasing margins and accelerating revenue across global subsidiaries.

Their quote to cash process wasn’t structured, or capable of supporting their growth.

This was evidenced by 3 fundamental problems:
